From 2001 until 2011 Andy was the CEO of Snider Associates a consulting organization focused on developing leadership ability to respond to internal or externally driven change. In that role he has coached over a dozen CEOs and leadership teams to adapt and thrive in change. Some of Snider Associates’ clients have included: Athenium Software, Binswanger Corporation, Cambridge Leadership Associates, Davita Medical, Grand Circle Leadership, Heartland Payment Systems, Legal Sea Foods, Management Concepts, Ridge Training, Visiting Nurses of NY, and Yum Brands.
From 1980 until 2000 Andy was the co-founder and President of VIS Development, an INC 500 fast-growth company which pioneered the development of interactive video training on CDs, and later on the web, for Fortune 500 clients.
From 1974 until 1980 Andy was a VP of Administration for ABC Television Broadcast Operations in New York.
Andy lives in Boston with his wife. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Lehigh University. He is on the boards of Conservatory Lab Charter School, More than Words, Management Concepts Inc, Facing History, and The World President’s Organization (YPO-NE).
